Relentless pressure to simultaneously grow the company and be profitable at the same time. Sound familiar? This is the new reality for manufacturing leaders today. These demands come from the board, senior executives, and shareholders, as well as consumers who want the latest and greatest technologies, features, and styles at their fingertips – all at affordable prices. So where can manufacturers find additional time, talent, and funds to fuel innovation and deliver the highest quality products with the highest profit margins? Turns out, it’s been hiding in plain sight: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

While mission-critical to the business, ERP runs core business processes such as HR, finance and payroll. Vitally important? Of course. But strategic? Not so much. And ERP rarely helps companies launch innovative ideas and drive success. Yet, the maintenance costs of such software continue to rise each year, yielding lower ROI as ERP vendors routinely cut features and reduce the scope of services over time. Many of these same vendors continue to push upgrades and migrations, treating ERP systems like cartons of milk past their expiration date. The cost to organizations is not only monetary, but also human, constraining staffing resources that could otherwise be focused on innovation. Consequently, leadership could be missing time-sensitive opportunities in this fast-paced, fiercely competitive industry.

Threading the savings/innovation needle

For Hubert Tsang, CIO of Pacific Textiles – a global manufacturing leader and producer of fabric used in the production of more than a billion garments each year – choosing independent software support from Rimini Street gave him a golden opportunity to achieve significant savings with a renewed focus on strategic innovation.

“When we purchased SAP, the closest product we were offered to fit our needs was the Mill Products industry solution, traditionally used for paper products and steel manufacturing,” said Mr Tsang. “Obviously, textiles didn’t fit quite well into that, so we required an extensive number of customizations.”

While vendor support for S/4HANA was helpful during initial implementation, the service deteriorated after that, and Pacific Textiles became frustrated with quality, speed, and cost issues. Pacific Textiles quickly chose Rimini Street, locking in a five-year deal to secure both the savings and long-term partnership while mapping out its strategic IT roadmap.

Making the switch to independent software support helped deliver markedly improved, higher-quality services for Pacific Textiles’ customized SAP S/4HANA systems, which serve as the backbone of the business, reducing response time by 96 percent compared to vendor support. It also freed IT staff to work on more strategic projects rather than spending time chasing tickets, upgrading systems, or carrying out self-support on its highly customized software not covered by the vendor’s scope of services.

“With the money that we’ve saved by moving to Rimini Street, Pacific Textiles is now able to work on key, strategic projects that we’ve been wanting to do for years,” said Mr Tsang. “In manufacturing, we collect and analyze tons of data so we can understand and optimize the performance of our machines. We had wanted to move to a new data lake architecture, but too much budget was wrapped up in IT support. Rimini Street helped us free up the funds to take on this important project which will support our AI innovation roadmap.”

Look before you leap

Pacific Textiles is in good company, joining hundreds of global manufacturing leaders such as Hyundai Motor Group, Proton, Globe Union, ITE Tech, SIFLEX, and many others that have made the decision to extract more value from their existing systems and refocus freed resources to work on more innovative projects.

Under pressure to cut costs and innovate, it’s no surprise IT leaders in manufacturing and many other industries are giving serious consideration to the benefits of independent enterprise software support. But Mr Tsang reminds those seeking independent software support options that not all service providers are alike.

“We quickly discounted Rimini Street’s competitors because they don’t have the same size, scale, and capabilities across the world. In particular, they couldn’t provide us with the language support that we needed,” explained Mr Tsang. “With Rimini Street, we have a lot of confidence in them because of their strong track record of success with thousands of global companies using Oracle, SAP, Salesforce and more, resulting in 4.9 out of 5.0 client satisfaction rating for nearly two decades. That is no coincidence!”

While sometimes overlooked in the cogs of industry, HR departments play an essential role in all businesses. After all, they are responsible for managing the lifeblood of any organization: its people.

With such large responsibility, it is imperative that the HR system they and the rest of the staff use is efficient and user-friendly. A tangled web of procedures and policies confuses employees, resulting in errors, miscommunications, and decreased efficiency. Frustrations with HR software can discourage its use, meaning missed opportunities for employees to access vital resources that boost morale, like company benefits.

Payroll services are equally important to a company, an integral part of Finance and HR. Naturally, it is a priority for staff; one survey of Australian workers found that 58 percent list ‘salary’ as the single most important aspect of a job. Payroll must be accurate and timely to ensure employee satisfaction, but also so the company stays ahead of the ever-changing regulatory landscape. However, an overcomplicated payroll system can lead to errors in salary processing, tax calculations, and benefits administration. These errors not only result in financial stress for employees but can also lead to noncompliance and, thus, costly legal issues for the company.

A way around these potential headaches is to keep the systems the company implements as simple and well-integrated into workflows as possible. Simplified HR software enhances efficiency by streamlining administrative tasks, reducing manual data entry, and automating routine processes. This not only saves time but also minimizes the risk of errors, ensuring accurate record-keeping and payroll processing.

Research has found that almost 70 percent of employees with one HR platform felt confident they could find the information they need, but confidence plummeted to 49 percent among those whose company used more than one platform.

Best HR software

A user-friendly HR system also allows staff to handle tasks like requesting time off, accessing training resources, and claiming employee benefits independently, thereby encouraging them to do so and boosting job satisfaction. For the HR team, a streamlined system provides data-driven insights, aiding strategic decision-making. It can access real-time data on workforce trends, helping it optimize recruitment, training, and retention strategies.

When it comes to a simplified payroll solution, one of the most significant benefits is improved cybersecurity, which is especially necessary in this era of remote and hybrid work. According to a 2022 survey of senior leaders with payroll responsibility, almost two-thirds of respondents said their payroll operation had been impacted by a cybersecurity breach at least once in the last two years. Nearly one in four reported that their payroll operations had been affected by three or more such breaches in that time.

Any simpler system reduces the complexity that often invites cybersecurity vulnerabilities. With fewer intricate components and a more straightforward design, the risk of security breaches is significantly lowered. All staff data is also kept in one centralized location rather than multiple insecure platforms like emails, Excel, or Google Sheets. This enhanced security not only protects sensitive financial data but also safeguards the organization’s reputation and financial stability.

The same survey of senior leaders with payroll responsibility quoted above found that just nine percent spent less than five hours a week reconciling data between HR and payroll systems, while 60 percent dedicated between six and 25 hours. This demonstrates that there is definitely a need for many offices to upgrade their HR and payroll systems, particularly those that offer robotic process automation (RPA). Over half of the respondents said that RPA makes up less than 30 percent of their payroll processes, meaning they still have to spend time on tedious, repetitive tasks.

What’s more, according to the survey of Australian workers, more than a third are still being paid incorrectly. The survey of senior leaders with payroll responsibility showed that, of all the payroll queries a business receives, 26 percent have to do with disparities between the hours worked and their pay, and 15 percent concern inaccuracies in net income. A fit-for-purpose automated solution could significantly alleviate these issues.

Best HR software

Here are four pieces of HR and payroll software that have caught our eye at Tech Wire Asia:

ADP – Comprehensive HR services

For over seven decades, ADP has been a trailblazer in HR and payroll services, and its commitment to innovation is evident in every facet of its offerings. Its payroll products are designed with a user-friendly interface that ensures ease of use for HR professionals.

Whether it’s managing payroll, handling employee records, or tracking time and attendance, ADP simplifies these tasks, freeing HR departments to focus on more strategic initiatives. This simplicity extends to employees as well, as they can easily access their payroll information and HR resources without unnecessary complexities.

In ADP Workforce Manager, tasks such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and performance tracking are automated, eliminating manual work and mitigating the risk of errors. This not only saves time but also ensures compliance and precision in HR functions.

Employees also benefit, as they gain access to portals that simplify HR-related tasks like reviewing pay slips and updating their personal information. This self-service approach empowers employees by giving them transparency and control over their employment information.

ADP GlobalView Payroll, targeted at large multinationals, provides a single system of record for payroll across over 140 countries while helping minimize the risk of cyber threats. It also offers HR admin tools and reporting options, and encourages direct employee interaction with their pay, all while integrating seamlessly with other HCM software. This level of integration ensures data accuracy and consistency across all facets of HR management.

Deel – Remote hiring platform

Deel is a digital platform designed to simplify global hiring and payments for businesses with remote or international team members through Employee of Record (EOR) services, contractors, global payroll, immigration, and more. This holistic approach means companies can rely on Deel for end-to-end global workforce management.

One standout feature is contract generation, which simplifies the creation of legally compliant employment contracts tailored to the specific needs of each country. This not only saves time but also ensures that HR departments maintain legal compliance, a critical aspect when hiring international talent. Navigating the complexities of visas and work permits can also be a significant and stressful challenge. Deel provides guidance and resources to streamline the immigration process, ensuring businesses can secure the necessary documentation to employ talent across borders without a hitch.

Deel’s platform provides a centralized dashboard that HR staff can use to manage all employee contracts, making it easy to track, renew, or terminate agreements as needed. Additionally, Deel automates payroll processing, reducing the administrative burden on HR professionals. It handles currency conversions, tax calculations, and payments to international team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Expensify – Expense management

Expensify is a popular expense management tool that simplifies expense tracking, reimbursement, and financial reporting for businesses. One useful feature is its SmartScan technology, which enables users to capture receipts simply by taking a photo with their smartphone. It then auto-fills the expense report with details like the merchant name, date of expense, and total cost before Expensify’s own internal team checks the receipt against the log on behalf of the company’s finance team. This eliminates the hassle of manual data entry for staff and ensures accuracy in expense tracking. HR departments appreciate this feature as it simplifies employee expense submission, reducing administrative overhead.

Employees also benefit from Expensify’s rapid reimbursement process. The platform offers next-day reimbursement, ensuring staff are promptly compensated for their expenses, boosting morale and financial well-being. A chatbot will also remind staff if they still need to send or fully complete an expense form, which is handy when submitting them in bulk as it is easy to miss something.

By streamlining the expense tracking and reimbursement processes, Expensify reduces the risks of cyber threats associated with the manual handling of financial data. On top of encryption protocols and continuous security updates, this ensures that data remains confidential and protected throughout the entire expense management lifecycle, instilling confidence in both organizations and their employees.

Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) – ERP-specific HR

Oracle HCM is an ERP-specific HR solution that stands out for its comprehensive capabilities tailored to large enterprises. Its deep integration with Oracle’s broader ERP solutions creates a seamless environment where HR, payroll, and financial data are interconnected. This ensures real-time visibility into financial transactions and allows HR teams to access critical data for strategic decision-making.

Oracle HCM’s integration with ERP systems opens doors to advanced analytics, allowing businesses to harness data-driven insights for workforce planning, recruitment and talent management. Furthermore, it enables a seamless data flow between HR, finance, and operations, leading to improved financial transparency and efficiency. Its robust payroll module handles calculations, tax compliance, and benefits administration with precision while continuously adapting to the ever-evolving regulatory landscape to reduce the risk of payroll errors and compliance issues.

Like ADP, it provides a user-friendly self-service HR portal; however, this solution is significantly more expensive. To justify the cost, the business might unlock the full potential of Oracle’s ERP by utilizing more of its wider suite of features.

IT leaders around the world are being told – not asked – by executives, board members, investors and shareholders to transform IT from a “cost center” to a “strategic profit center” for the business. Gone are the heydays of deep pockets and endless budget for companies, now it is about extracting the most out of every dollar, getting more for less, no matter the industry.

Companies continue to accrue rising costs of new applications, tools, cybersecurity programs, business continuity planning, and more, while feeling the crunch of the IT talent shortage that drive higher salaries asks, attrition rates, and instability for the organization. So where are IT leaders to find wiggle room in their budget to fund innovation and meet the growing demand of the business without compromising operational excellence?

The answer is in their mission-critical ERP systems, or rather, WHO is supporting their ERP.

ERP serves as the backbone of most enterprises, offering solutions that enable the business to operate, scale and grow. However, mistaking ERP as a business strategy, not a tool, is where costs can get out of control and work against the health of the business.

Innovative companies bring forth successful ideas, new products and services that are based on the brilliant leadership and team vision, not by the ERP they purchased. Software vendors push upgrades, migrations and even forced deadlines to make companies move their systems to a newer product, each cycle adding cost, risk, disruption and downtime that impact the bottom line of the business. If executives are at the roundtable asking themselves “When do we need to make the purchase, how do we afford this,” rather than, “Why should we do this?” then it seems as though the vendor is the one running the future of the business, not the leaders.

Annual ERP software maintenance fees are often 22% of license fees, with diminishing ROI over time and less features and support offered, but steady in their demand of IT budget. Typically, customizations are not supported, and tax, legal and regulatory updates are only offered if on the latest release – all roads point to upgrade or migrate as a solution. This vendor-driven roadmap does not always have a clear ROI for the business.

Rimini Street offers a solution to help CXOs, IT and Finance leaders fund innovation while maximizing the ROI of its mission-critical ERP systems and enjoying better support and partnership than ever before. As the global provider of end-to-end enterprise software support, products and services that offers a comprehensive family of unified solutions to run, manage, support, customize, configure, connect, protect, monitor and optimize enterprise application, database and technology software, Rimini Street enables clients to achieve better business outcomes, significantly reduce costs and reallocate resources for innovation.

More than 5,200 Fortune 500, Fortune Global 100, midmarket, public sector and other organizations have relied on Rimini Street as their trusted enterprise software solutions provider, saving over $7B along the way. By enabling companies to run their current software release for 15 additional years, gain access to highly experienced, knowledgeable senior engineers, benefit from improved support, and partner with a global team whose interest is driven by client-success, Rimini Street continues to prove funding innovation can be easy as saying goodbye to your current vendor support provider.

  • Huawei recently announced that it has replaced a former ERP system with its own MetaERP system over which it has full control.
  • In his speech during the launch ceremony, Tao Jingwen, Huawei’s Board Member and President of the Quality, Business Process & IT Mgmt Dept explained the decision and some of the challenges which Huawei encountered in changing ERP systems.

On May 16, 2019, the US added Huawei to the Entity List. Within just a few days, ERP vendors notified Huawei that their supply and services would be suspended. Our 20-year-old ERP system was the core system underpinning Huawei’s enterprise operations and rapid development. It supported Huawei’s efficient billion-dollar business operations across more than 170 countries and regions worldwide. Any issue with the system threatened the “nervous system” of our entire business.

Tao Jingwen, Director, President of the Quality, Business Process & IT Mgmt Dept, Huawei

The sudden cut-off of ERP services was a massive crisis. In response, we systematically reviewed the problems and restrictions of the former system. We decided that in addition to developing our own system with complete, full-stack control, we should also apply new technologies, such as cloud-native architecture, metadata-driven multi-tenant architecture, and real-time intelligence. We decided to build a future-oriented, next-generation core enterprise business system to ensure more secure, efficient operations.

Huawei was heavily reliant on the old ERP system and whilst aware of its weaknesses also recognized its value. We introduced the MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) II system back in 1996 and later expanded to the ERP system that supported a host of our diverse global business scenarios. Huawei was one of the largest companies in the world using the ERP system. After exploring many potential solutions, in the end, we realized that the only way out was to develop our own.

MetaERP guarantees our complete, full-stack control. It uses the latest technologies to ensure quick responses to service requirements, scientific and efficient decision-making, as well as secure and reliable application data. In particular, it’s built with:

  • Cloud-native architecture makes the most of computing power to support rapid global deployment and automatic adaptation to changes in service traffic, enabling the system to easily cope with service peaks with tens of millions of requests.
  • Metadata-driven multi-tenant architecture standardizes metadata assets, such as business objects, entities, and logic, so that tenants can be flexibly orchestrated for quick responses to service requirements.
  • Real-time intelligence maximizes the value of data. For example, multiple pre-trained AI models make risk control and decision-making more rational and efficient.
  • Huawei’s proprietary GaussDB is able to process up to 30 million accounting entries per day, and completely eliminate the 30-minute delay. Processing is now handled in real-time.
  • Backed by our trustworthiness transformation, MetaERP is more secure and controllable and allows efficient use of data while ensuring data security and compliance.

System boundaries had to be redefined, decoupling certain functions to focus on core ERP functionality. The old ERP system was like a massive old building in disrepair. Pipelines and routes were crisscrossed all over the place, and many of them had been built without following preset rules. We implemented the “green field” plan to clean up peripheral business application systems, removing more than 1,000 logical integration points and 3.2 million lines of customized code. Now the business application systems are standardized and plug-and-play. We also decoupled the system based on key business flows to ensure the real-time generation of accounting documents.

New tools had to be developed to support the efficient and reliable system switchover. Our ERP system processed mountains of services and data every day, including 760,000 lines of sales orders, 210,000 lines of AP invoices, and 15 million lines of accounting entries. The system underpinned many complex and critical business scenarios, so ensuring a seamless transition to MetaERP with zero data losses was paramount. It was like changing the engine of a plane mid-flight. We needed to develop a complete set of switching tools to achieve this goal.

For example, we developed ROMA LiveFlow, a patch panel tool. This tool ensures the smooth migration of applications from ERP to MetaERP without impacting normal business operations on peripheral systems. We also developed a data migration tool that was able to migrate and verify 320 billion lines of highly clustered data within 35 hours. We carried out the migration on weekends to minimize the effect on regular business operations.

Our strategic partners included Kingdee, Yonyou, Qi An Xin, Tianyu, Kingsoft, Yonghong, and Yuannian. We developed China’s own components for core enterprise business systems. Through a joint effort, we have produced advanced engineering methods and a rich array of business applications.

Now MetaERP covers 100% of our business scenarios and 80% of our business volume across multiple domains, including sales, services, and manufacturing. MetaERP has already passed the tests for monthly, quarterly, and yearly settlements. While supporting the accuracy and timely release of our annual report, the system ensured zero faults, zero delays, and zero accounting adjustments. Since then, we have not only been able to build our own MetaERP, but also manage the switch and prove its capabilities.

  • The latest report from Nozomi Networks Inc. found that industrial control systems (ICS) cybersecurity threats are still significant
  • Despite security posture improvements, some people still don’t know whether their organizations have been compromised
  • Attacks on operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS) are becoming more sophisticated than traditional attacks on corporate networks. Given how these attacks affect ICS/OT, managing the various risks needs a new set of security capabilities, technologies, processes, and approaches, distinguishing ICS from traditional IT corporate networks.

Difference between operational technology (OT) and industrial control system (ICS)

ICS/OT assets and traditional IT assets are frequently contrasted; however, traditional IT assets emphasize either data in transit or data at rest. ICS/OT systems track and control the data that causes physical inputs and regulate physical actions to modify the real environment in real time.

In terms of technical distinctions, ICS differs from IT in a number of ways, including the prioritization of passive asset discovery and passive threat detection, low-bandwidth sites, critical yet legacy devices, proprietary engineering protocols, engineering systems not running traditional endpoint operating systems, and requirements for engineering hardware to be ruggedized and operate extremely reliably in harsh and even hazardous environments.

Due to the development of new attack frameworks, legacy devices, growing technological options, and resource limitations, the most challenging aspect of safeguarding control system technologies and processes is the technical integration of outdated ICS/OT technology with modern IT systems.

In fact, Nozomi Networks Inc., the market leader in OT and IoT security, revealed that industrial control systems (ICS) cybersecurity threats are still significant in its recent report titled, “SANS 2022 OT/ICS Cybersecurity Report”. As a result, organizations’ security postures have dramatically improved since last year. Despite the advancements, 35% of respondents don’t know whether their organizations have been breached. Also, in the past year, attacks on engineering workstations have doubled.

According to Andrea Carcano, Co-founder and CPO of Nozomi Networks, attacks like Incontroller have started directly targeting operational technology in the last year, which has been observed by Nozomi Networks researchers and the ICS cybersecurity community.

“While threat actors are honing their ICS skills, the specialized technologies and frameworks for a solid defense are available. The survey found that more organizations are proactively using them. Still, there’s work to be done. We encourage others to take steps now to minimize risk and maximize resilience,” he added.

    Concerning threat vectors

With the surge in ransomware seen globally, it is not surprising that ransomware, extortion, or other financially motivated crimes rank as the top threat vectors of concern to respondents (40%).

Even ransomware that affects IT business networks may have an effect on ICS operations. This would depend on the location of ICS support services and network architecture, such as requirements for the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and manufacturing execution system (MES) for ICS to be located on IT networks, and similar lessons learned from the Colonial Pipeline ransomware event. Detection and neutralization are more challenging when ransomware is specifically designed for industrial control systems, like the Ekans/Snake malware.

    ICS cybersecurity risks remain high

    • Compared to 69.8% in 2021, 62% of respondents rated the risk to their OT environment as high or severe.
    • Although 10.5% of respondents claimed they had experienced a breach in the previous year (down from 15% in 2021), 35% of those respondents said the engineering workstation was an initial infection vector (up from 18.4% last year).
    • Removable media replication is still the most common access vector (37%), followed by IT intrusions (41%).

Although there are still significant cybersecurity risks for ICS, its postures are maturing. The report showed that businesses are spending money on ICS certification and training: 83% of respondents have professional control system certifications, a significant increase from 54% in the previous year.

Additionally, 56% (up from 51% in 2021) claim to be discovering compromises within the first 24 hours of an incident. The majority (69%) claim that it takes 6 to 24 hours to go from detection to containment.

Defense efforts are progressively getting more assertive. Asset owners and vendors are working together to address the significant concerns the community is currently facing. It only seems reasonable that they would need to improve their defenses and staff skill sets to counter the growing threat since the enemies have undoubtedly raised their game.

Informasi real-time (atau mendekati real-time) adalah pemegang kunci kesuksesan.

    Cloud

    Cloud

    Cloud

    Cloud

    Cloud

Unforeseen changes have brought unforeseen opportunities over the last few years, but positive change has been dependent on successful digital transformation at the core of businesses in the Asia Pacific region.

As the world transformed, many organizations struggled to adjust quickly enough, and the limits of legacy IT systems became painfully apparent in many areas, from finance and operations, through to the customer experience and employee engagement, marketing communications, and most visibly in supply chain management.

But if there has been one takeaway for businesses throughout the pandemic, it’s that future resilience and equipping for change are imperatives for success. The cloud has always offered companies scalability and security, but it’s the ability to pivot quickly and continue to adapt that has placed many cloud-first companies significantly ahead of their competitors.

Part of the issue many businesses grapple with is legacy IT, particularly older, on-premise ERP (enterprise resource planning) software. In many cases, older systems place operational and financial data in different areas (so-called silos), thus making it very difficult for decision-makers in any part of the enterprise to get the complete picture. Additionally, bringing together the information from different functions in the company often took time — collating marketing data alongside sales analysis, next to real-time supply chain metrics, for example. In today’s rapidly changing business environment, business insights that take weeks or even months to compile are effectively out of date. It’s real-time (or near real-time) information that holds the key to success.

    Cloud

For businesses to successfully undergo digital transformation, there needs to be a new class of enterprise management solutions to help them close the acceleration gap. This is the gap between the speed of change and the ability to keep pace with it. It is not just porting outdated ERP software to the cloud, it’s about using a solution native to the cloud that works with the business rather than for it.

Today’s enterprise management platforms bring to the table all the advantages of a cloud-based solution: extensibility, a unified data core, up-to-the-millisecond information, and a host of powerful digital functions that can be fine-tuned to a business’s specific requirements. Agile cloud infrastructure means companies can adapt fast to sudden changes in working conditions, as well as more specific market-led challenges, like the emergence of a disruptive competitor.

With an architecture designed from the ground up to evolve, companies can cost-effectively transform from the heart of their business operations and always be on the front foot for challenges today and into the future. With people, finances, and operational information tightly bound together, platforms like Workday grant the enterprise shorter plan-execute-analyze cycles for agile decision-making, faster to-production timetables, real-time seamless operations, and closing of the digital acceleration gap.

In practical, everyday ways, companies can now leverage technologies that, just a few years ago, were used only in academic research institutions. Today, machine learning algorithms powered by cloud computing, automate key business processes right across different IT systems, working with data from connected on-premise and cloud stores. Machine learning is at the core of automation and forms the foundation for analysis-based intelligent predictions and modeling. Insights gathered in this way can change how a company approaches finances, talent management, and operations. The smart algorithms present live data in accessible, easy-to-understand formats or “stories”, meaning organizations’ investments in their IT systems pay off in every business function.

Workday’s single system as a prime example means that companies can continue to recalibrate and adapt, embedding an evolutionary approach to business processes. In short, as the landscape changes, so too will the enterprise’s approach and operations.

Workday gives decision-makers the ability to think faster and make smarter decisions based on real-world, empirical data from a highly resilient and secure platform that’s fully cloud-native. Whether companies need to re-affirm their employees’ engagement with the business or offer a new generation of customer experience to the market, Workday is the platform on which companies can build and create. It delivers a new class of enterprise management cloud which provides the flexibility for its users to evolve their business, drive growth, and thrive through disruption. Workday knows that applications should adapt to the business’ evolving needs both today and in an uncertain tomorrow.
